Thanks to all that came out and participated. Especially those that helped set up and tear down.
I felt it was a nice day. Odd but nice. I guess this was London Polo's first public outing and it definitely felt like an awkward baby-step... It was pretty cool though, that come 6pm (closing time) we got a handful of 'have a go' participants making a contribution to the lhbpa.

Yeah....def was a different set up - bit odd but still fun! Although think Brown was a bit disappointed that he wasn't greeted by any young screaming girls with 'go brown go' and 'we heart you' banners!

... We have been*** 'advised'*** to wear protective gear. This isn't a requirement but due to the amount of exposure to the general public I would like everyone to wear helmets at least. I've asked bern helmets to send us a few helmets in that we can use here but there's no guarantee that they'll be here in time so please, if you have one wear it.

They were never a requirement. I was hoping to have some Bern helmets in time. But apparently they're being posted today instead of last week... I don't have a helmet so didn't wear one in the games I played.
