Have you heard of the trick of marking recently created bits of the forums 'no robots' to give us time to report spam before any of the forum's google juice spreads to the spam links? I'm not sure it significantly discourages spammers, but it might marginally reduce the benefit they get from doing it.

Right on time! those spammer are quite reliable when it come to being on time.

So far in the space of 1 hour he did 40 post! and I got too many fucking noficiation of new replied, got to turn that off now.

IF they manage to get through again, I'm re-writing their links to point to Zappos who also sell shoes but do not spam. Zappos are cool, and they'd basically be promoting their largest competitor.
