the clouds were exquisite today, high cirrus uncinus dissolving in the troposphere,
we are just a month away from the longest day in Britain 2009,

On the way to Viebie just after Cairnes, there was a break in the rain. Opened the window and just took the shot.

I thought Asperatus or whatever it is, is a new type of cloud never seen before. It was on the news and didn't look vastly different form the shot above.

if anyone watched have i got news for you either friday, saturday or last night ( bloody bbc and their repeats ) then you would have seen that cloud on the programme
allegedly a "new" cloud type discovered by the dude who it is names after, mr. asperatus

Clouds made it onto HIGNFY?! I thoguht they'd have lots of material what with the MP Expenses and the cabinet all resigning. Didn't think they still had to scrape the news barrel to make a full 30 minutes.
