  • Ah right, 'cage snap', cheers Snoops.

I need them to fit on a strap though, unless these 'dome screws' will hold if I just screw it in to a helmet? Or maybe it needs a 'female' side to hold in place.

I'm going to try and source these from an actual shop as they seem a little over-priced, especially since they add £3 for p&p.

  • They will hold if you just screw them onto your helmet.

  • Promise?

    This is not a Bauer.

  • yes.

  • Last night I bruised my wrist again when I fell. As I work on a computer all day, this isn't the best injury to get. Is there any solution to it (apart from not falling and a good measure of HTFU).

Wrist supports/guards? Does anyone use anything like that for polo?

  • I have both of this and this, they work well. But kind more after the fall, I dont like to wear them the whole time...

Same. They could be preventative, but it's hard to remember to always put them on, so I usually just use them to stop my wrists from over extending once I've jarred them a bit.

  • hey i am going to hoserland in sept, so if some of you want me to get some facecages and shit i can do that. I am going to try and source some second hand helmets etc. But could be worth thinking about for a people.

  • Just bought:

    + +

Time to start falling over more.

I just replaced those gloves (which were fucked) with the 2012 edition (same model).

They now have a leather palm, so I'm hoping they will last longer than 5 months.

  • Do you know about any vegan reinforced gloves (MTB or Hockey style) ?

  • Your best bet would be to contact someone like Warrior directly. Your choices will be slimmed down somewhat but I'm sure there will be something there.

  • Your best bet would probably be to ask Object.

  • Most lacrosse gloves are synthetic these days so your choices shouldn't be that limited.

If anyone needs some j clips or long round posts with female bolt, then I have 2 of each for beers.

  • I need a helmet dome screw, got any of those?

    How was the cage?

  • Sorry Max, none spare. Puckstop have them though.

New helmet is awesome, love it. Catlike Diablo with Bauer cage and fittings. Really comfortable and doesn't impede my view too much.

  • Anyone got a secret source of decent lacrosse gloves they want to share? I've tried the UK suppliers and they seem to have cheap bulky gloves or decent ones at ridiculous prices.
