This evening on 6 Music they were "celebrating" the "legacy" of "Manchester's famous Hacienda nightclub". Cue boring anecdotes about various characters from that era, all retrospectively imbued with nostalgia and cultural weight... god it's trite.

that is the point, they are not cooked at too high a temperature so instead of being cooked to death, they are nurtured into being a wonderful relaxed succulent meat.

I liked what was produced at the Hacienda.
