For some reason I’ve been flexing the classical/piano style intros today. Some are cheesier than others, but would go crazy for most at a packed rave. What an alien concept that is right now 😢

Your post yesterday got me back on to this. I can't work out how to post links on my phone but it takes seconds to find on mixcloud any fans of ratty or pilgrim around that time will love this and it got me through a tough run workout today 😁

Nice one thanks for posting the links. All lesser known tunes but lots of samples i recognise so maybe a lot of his own remixes? Or maybe i just don't recognise them as i was of my 🥜 at the time. Thats 1993 not today 😉

I should add that rumours have been swirling that SS is putting out a lot of the Formation back catalogue soon. Will have to see how that shapes up though - doubt it will be comprehensive.

If your doing a tough interval workout i recommend anything by the Panacea. It got me through todays hill repeats. Heavy workouts require a heavy soundtrack 😁

I had no idea Tango had passed away. What a tragic story. I've been reading about it today and it sounds like all the unreleased stuff not owned by formation is just in the hands of his wife now. In the most recent article i found from 6 months ago she said she hadn't got round to sorting that stuff out yet. So maybe it may get released at some point.

I know they are not everyone's cup of tea but Chase & Status' RTRN II Jungle is a really good album.
I stumbled across this clip of them at boomtown performing Program (which is a phenomenal tune). Great watch and would love to have been there.
