Really enjoying riding this at the moment; got the fit dialled in and it feels irie. Was gunna build a new rear wheel for it and call it a day, but now I'm having naughty thoughts about 60mm toroidal carbon and riding RHC...

Was thinking 60mm carbs for road / crits / mooching about, and the corima + a disc for the track. Would mean I have to go to the track to justify it tho...

wanted to try a longer stem and decided to try this guy. was trying to get something different to black and the regular silver. this is nice but i'm deliberating posts. silver could throw it all out. does black work? does the stem work?

anyone recommend a complimentary post?

I like the stem, but is there any way of removing the logo? I don't think you need a silver post, espescially if you remove the logo from that aswell

Plus logo removal is great for resale.

sometimes my wheels are silver.. so perhaps the black post would look out of place then.

also picked this up as it is not oversized and it looks fucking great on however my starnut is just out of centre and it wont fit as it should. need to get the nut corrected.

yeah was thinking this also. dont want to spend big dollah so will have to search one out.

The gunmetal kinda finish of the stem means it's distinctive enough that it doesn't need to match the post imo

Nice to see you back in the fold :) i'm not of the fan of the post...but i'm not a fan of most posts...seem to have clamp OCD. The gun look works well on this...i've got a cinelli gun metal post and stem if interested. Doing most of miles on this atm...got a zipp 120mm stem -17 and its perfect with the frame. seat post is cinelli dynamo - very nice clamp(!)...bars are mash road which are ridiculously comfy.
