Which model? Got a pic? Go gently, so you don't crack the surrounding paint. You could either go with a drill or a very skinny screwdriver. From the front, make a guide hole first, then make the hole gradually bigger. If with a very small screwdriver, just push into the filler to gauge hardness/resistance and see what happens. But first ask yourself this question - do you really need to? :)

I weigh 90kg. Was running 53x17. Once you do it, it's fine. Start 46x17. Go from there. Grey mash also.

You can, yes I did it. Was shitting myself as I did it but its possible. Ipete did it too and he managed it in a minute. It took me about 20 but I was going very slow and kept changing drill bit sizes. Think best to use a 5mm bit as its the size of the hole. Put some masking tape on the front side so the paint does not crack. Go in through the rear carefully (easy tiger) and hold the drill as straight as possible.

You can start as 1 and become 2 without a brake, and your forks stay nice too.
