Headsets do come in anoyinly different sizes .2 mm here or there 1" are the worst .
1 1/8" I think only come in 2 sizes .your new frame will have needed preparing (faceing)
and the supplier of frame would be forgiven for not doing this, however some bike shops don't have this knowledge /tooling and most are total numpties make sure you take your bike to a shop with a pro mech. With a load of exp.steels would be my recomendation for this type of work. Sorry it's a bit late!

Real shame about the shaky camera but it's probably one of my favourite bits of cycling footage, dirty three are the perfect musical accompaniment for grinding your way up such a gnarly hill in the rain!
