A work colleague had a fit at 5am! I had to ride across town, console his girlfriend and wait around while a paramedic did his thing. I'm hungover and knackered now.

I got 40 good miles in yesterday though.

because im a recluse and dont like to be seen or talk much
so i go out in the morning when no one is up or at night when there asleep

i must thank you,,, if it wasnt for you i could never have felt like a hill climb champion. knowing that it was going to get steeper around the corner helped me sit back and not go too crazy. i felt like a little kid though in the back of the family car

i ride in the morning when the roads are quieter and theres less people to spoil the view. i also like to ride in the morning and feel good as i go about my buissness for the rest of the day.

done a nice 50~miles in this morn and yesterday. i feel alot faster recently, i think the warmer weather is giving me the pyscological tailwind.

Been out, ridden track, carried some heavy furniture down from the 3rd floor. Not going out again.

It's too fucking hot anyway. I melt above 15ºC.

I am going out again.. now I've bought her a new bike Mal actually wants to go for a ride.. fuck.

weekend in the country, celebrating my dad's birthday. managed to sneak in a couple of bike rides but now travelling back to london's famous kew, waiting for connecting train at southampton.

luckily wasnt me, however I needed several drinks after having a four weddings moment and nearly not making my best mates wedding, cue me sprinting down the marylebone road in full frock action to the town hall, straight through two previous weddings, flinging bridesmaids aside, running through photos and almost running into the back of the bride as she was about to walk in.
