I work within walking distance of BLB but I'd walk past Spitalfields Evans and Cycle Surgery first and since I'd only be going to any of those bike shops for some emergency spares.. there's not a lot of point losing my lunch break for a long trek.. innit :)

Hmmm, well, fair play on the response broken/Martin. I have had good and not so good experiences in your shop. In fairness, if you are the dude i think you are, you have always been pleasant, helpful, and have hooked me up with the odd discount (so nuff respeck blood)!
Sometimes your shop's staff can be a little hostile, but if a stranger were to bump into me on a Monday morning for example, i might bite off their face for looking at me funny! Just the way of the working world i suppose. -
