Yeah she doesn't. The other members of destiny's child that came and went had better voices too. They sounded best all together anyway on their first and second albums. After that the songs got shit and the sound overprocessed.

You need to spend some time with people in a musical context, so many people have great voices but never use them. Beyonce has a great voice, just saying that its nothing out of the ordinary. I could find you lots of people with similar voices who do not think of themselves as singers.
