^ this. I have 3 alarms set, and I cancel them all in my sleep! I resorted to setting an alarm on my tablet this morning, which is in a case. This required more effort to figure out how to stop it making noise, so kinda worked...

^ & ^^ I have the same problem as you guys and found a solution! I bought a REALLY loud alarm clock and put it in the spare room (next door to my bedroom) so that I actually have to get out of bed and walk to another room in order to turn it off.

My problem is, even if I wake up and switch the alarm off, I have a habbit of rolling over and thinking "I'll get up in a minZzzzzzzzzzz".

Tried that. Walked straight back to bed. The only way to do it is to put a clock in the bathroom. Wake up. Go straight in to turn it off where you left it by the sink. Splash water on your face.Or this:

I leave my alarm clock on my desk at work. my the time I turn it off I'm already at my desk so I figure it's too late to go back to bed.
