Maybe designed is wrong word, scaled it such that it would fit in the table and still resemble the original track using scalextric pieces? Designed this scale version of suzuka? however you want to put it. is such a distinction actually important? this is an office toy we're talking about here.

I made Suzuka for a racing Sim once. Bit higher tolerance. (GPS data)

My fav scalextrix is the smaller 1/60 scale HO (Aurora AFX series)

I wasn't being a cunt! It was intended as a compliment on account of me immediately recognising a decent reproduction (even before spotting the printed track layouts). Admittedly a bit obtuse, can appreciate it not coming across like what I meant.
