Shit, ride that junction every day. My guess is the driver was looking to avoid all the road works, and the cyclist wanted to ride straight on. I see this every morning, queues of bikes down the left, it's crazy, I wanna shout at them, but they seem oblivious to the danger, if you are caught at theat side, either stay put, or get far ahead enough for the driver to see you. My thoughts to all who will miss her. Sad sad news.
