I'll order tomorrow morning. The reason for this is that we are at the limit where I'm comfortable to pay for the whole shizzle myself upfront. If there is enough interest this could be easily done again.

I pay upfront (as already mentioned) and ask people to pay cash when I meet them. Paypaling money around would needlessly eat into the forum profit.

Well, it is the last day of teaching tomorrow. A little bit of getting around town will help me forget revision and books for a while in the run up to the exams.

I have now placed an order for 59 short valve tubes and 91 long valve tubes.

Alright, I just got an email from cyclebasket, they have only 70 of the long valve (60mm) ones in stock and can't get any from their suppliers. They could get 52mm long ones. Would some of the people who asked for long valves be okay with 52mm?

If you ordered long valves and don't want the 52 mm ones you have the right to withdraw form the purchase, no problem. I'm sure I can shift them on the forum (it's only 14 of them left anyway).

Yep, definitely. Although I doubt I will want to do it 12 times a year; others are obviously welcome to. I'll see how well this one goes.

Ribble also do a good deal on these tubes, but they seem to only have them in for a few days before they go out of stock again.

cool - just lemme know if there are any no-shows once you have got them distributed.

only the looong ones for me, but i can reduce my order size (from 10) if necessary
