"The winner of the last Giro d’Italia is thus a leader in communication too, with an attack worthy of those we are accustomed to see during the toughest climbs on the mountain roads," the missive says. "From now on, for the fans there will be no more secret, because on the new application you can really find any kind of information: everything from his personal life to his team, from training info to the most important races."

I'd say we are both leaders in communication.

Didn't know if this was the right place to put this, if there's an answer elsewhere please let me know
Any way of changing settings or getting an app that will have Siri/someone/something tell me over my headphones who it is ringing when my phone goes off in my pocket/bag?
Whilst I'm riding there's only certain people I'm likely to pick up the phone to

You can assign different ringtones to the people you would gladly answer the phone to and ignore the rest.

have you tried restarting it or holding home and power button to clear the memory? if not you might need to backup and restore it thru iTunes...

This might be useful workaround for those still running ancient software. Worked a treat. Now have Evernote up and running beautifully.

After losing yet another phone to a smashed screen I think its time I stopped using cheap cases from Suburban Outfitters and the like....has anyone tried the Otterbox or Lifeproof type cases?
Or can recommend a suitably tough case for a 4S? -

Griffin Survivor. Feels like the brick that was thrown into swimming pools but does the job.

Went to the shop to look at the Griffin survivor....thought it was a bit too bulky so went for the Lifeproof....
Great for what it does but a couple of problems mean I will be returning it.
Main one: it doesn't work with headphone remotes etc (so cant take calls when riding)
Might give the Griffin another look... -

Lunatik is worth looking at.

Otterbox?

I've got an otterbox on my iPhone and iPad, both are a bit bulky but not as bad as the Griffin and seem to do a great job. The built in screen protectors are excellent too. There are some user videos on YouTube to give you an idea of the protection they offer. The iPad one also has a neat clip-on cover that doubles as a two-way stand.
I also think they work as a theft deterrent, your iPhone suddenly looks like a first gen gameboy.
Based on my 2 year's worth of use and having dropped my phone a handful of times without incident I would recommend.

I've got a case-mate. Not bulky and the phone has survived a few drops in it.

Otterbox seems to get a lot of recommendations so going to take a look at those
