Just finished the latest episode of Kin on BBC. Very good.
Can’t believe there’s 4 seasons of it in Ireland that we can’t get here. But we can get everything in the US

The Space Shuttle that fell to Earth is brilliant

Re-watching Band of Brothers with the fresh angle that it’s really about Loudermilk’s grandpaw

It was, but my lad has been waiting for Finlay's return since episode 1 and still hasn't got over his having to pull out.

Watching Gerry Andersons space precinct, and seeing Idris Elba pop up. Then getting confirmation it is him.
Seriously check out his pizza delivery outfit and the pizza he delivers

They haven’t aired season 3 yet.

Coincidently, just started re-reading the book (probably about the 4th time).
I read the book first before watching the series and i still think its the best TV series I've ever seen (along with The West Wing). It is simply brilliant and as good as the book.

Agreed. There’s a doc about the Challenger disaster, I think on Netflix, that’s also very good.
Been watching American Nightmare. Fucking weird.

Started watching Constellation on Apple TV, thought "Fuck me, this is predictable." and stopped. To be fair, it starts well.

Storyville: Piano Forte
Yes it was great and gave my piano teacher wife flashbacks

Being coerced into watching a Korean drama and it's actually quite funny - Marry My Husband. Just discovered that it features my favourite Korean singer, BoA so I guess we're watching it all now.

Is it the semi final?

Thought i'd give the live action version of avatar: the last airbender a go. Should be called exposition: the lazy scriptwriters.
Non stop monologuing and explaining the plot directly to the camera.

Enjoyed Mr and Mrs Smith, final episodes costume tribute to spy vs spy was nice.

Finished Maid.
Jesus that girl has some bad luck.
The calibre of acting across the board really is exceptional.

She hasn't, but she doesn't really look for those things

One Day, had an awkwardly gushing Guardian review, but largely average. Frustrating characters, flat script, didn't feel any emotion between the leads, 6/10

Finished what remains and it was interesting and a good watch.
Tovey was excellent as usual. But lots of other great acting by the cast members.

OK, so Marry My Husband (which is on Amazon Prime, although our trial lapsed so the remaining episodes just, er, found their way to me somehow) was overall better than expected. Still very trope-y Korean drama but plenty of story alongside the cheesy romance stuff. Cerebral TV it is not.

Happening now on ITV1 The British Airways Killer. I was in charge of the search in the woods behind Legoland looking for her body. I drove two defectives and the killer to the scene through the woods in a borrowed 4X4 so he could point to where he had buried her.
Storming episode of Gladiators last night.
