Yeah, good shout. First season took a few episodes of me going "wtf" but now I'm in the groove it's a pisser. Reminds me of home, just swap AFL for hockey.

It's very much an indie type of comedy where the characters make or break it like trailer park boys but in this case they're all pretty much winners.

I love how they've smooshed all the little sub-groups into the Skids or whatever they're called. Ravers, gamers, goths, emos, druggies, nerds all combined and the lead guy's 'straightness' is a pisser. Again, definitely reminds me of some mate's older brother types when I was at school back home. Also the slang oh and their fucking alphabet aerobics type intros to a couple of eps. Clever writing.

Briarpatch is very watchable, well cast and nicely left field oddball thriller.

We've just started this as well. Excellent entertainment so far.

Netflix usually have a dubbed sound track, but in my experience they're absolutely horrendous.

It is in French but I kind the subtitles muhbless onerous than Scandiwegian ones.

I suppose because I speak about of French so enjoyed matching my knowledge to the subtitles.
