Just came to post about that. I'm enjoying it too.

Lots of Ezra Furman.

It's a bit weird though, like it's made with an American audience in mind. School looks nothing like a school, and all the students look about 25.

Really liked the series although found it interesting that the soundtrack sounds like a throwback while the series is set in the present day

Bit late to the party but OZARK so far pretty good.

I'm getting a bit fed up of the "main character has a plan, other characters are one step ahead and the main character faces a set back, viewer wonders how it will get resolved, main character actually had predicted this setback and unveils that they had a secret plan all along that solves the conundrum, but there are no clues beyond just guessing that any lesser character could be in cahoots with the main character" and we find this out in a big reveal at the end.

I feel like better quality writing would be leaving breadcrumbs for the viewer to work this plan out or suggest a number of options to the viewer, leaving them guessing which is the real one (murder mystery style where everyone has a motive).

It's getting a bit boring of just watching something where you're just left wondering how the hell they're going to get out of that one, and the only way you can find out is to just watch the explanation.

New season of Star Trek just started with a bang, their budget must be huge... Beautiful to look at... Like where this season is going, enjoying the current Orville/Discovery overlap...

I want to watch Star Trek today, but I am out of the house due to builders. I think it deserves big TV and surround sound, rather than squinting at my phone.

Really enjoyed the first episode of The Romanoffs on Amazon. Cast is pretty impressive and I like that it's not a series but 8 standalone stories. Anyone else watching?

Ted Bundy on Netflix is great... One episode in but I think I'm gonna kill it tonight...

i've found it better than Season One to be honest --- although i'm second guessing everyone being a baddie after season one.

they avoided the costly effects of having to show the Enterprise' bridge very quickly in the story.

Just got the email about that, gonna watch some when I get home.

Punisher is punishing again, some of the thuds when there's punches flying sound like particularly harsh punishment.

Yeah it's not a patch on season one. Too much navel gazing, not enough gunishment.

It's got it's moments, but definitely a slower pace, I've got the last two to watch still, they'll Shirley be all guns punishing.

Dany Dyer’s new historical documentary on the Royal family through the ages is banging. Not quite as good as his seminal work proving the existence of UFOs but it’s still pwoper class.

The BBC4 series On Drums, Guitar and Bass are great (I haven't seen guitar yet).

Stuart Copeland does the history of drums in modern music, Tina Weymouth bass, with a huge number of various prominent drummers and bassists, and stories about how much drum and basslines contribute to the sounds.

Tried to watch Homecoming but that annoying phone call in the first episode just put me right off ...

It's worth persevering for IMO.
