  • Last ever mythbusters... didn't have a single myth in it...

  • I don't believe you.

  • I'm serious, it was just explosions for explosions sake.

  • one disagrees, it is crass and predictable

  • what you talking about!? it's the best extended james bond audition i've ever seen.

  • Trapped.

    Meh.

  • Started watching Flaked (made for Netflix), so good. Funny at times and hard hitting at others.

  • New season of Bosch on Prime

  • Better Call Saul season 2 - enjoyable bollocks

  • Watched an episode of Betas last night. Fuck me, poor-man's Silicon Valley doesn't do justice.

Probably will watch a few more episodes.

  • Daredevil s02. Even better than the first. Comic book narrative is far better suited to TV than a 2 hour movie.

  • so much telybox being watched by me right now

better call saul s2 is fun
    Vinyl is better than expected

Marvel's Agents of Shield is still mediocre, Lucky Man is similar

Brooklyn 99 keeps both of us gently amused

Latest season of Blacklist is disappointing

    Legends of Tomorrow is pony

Bosch and Daredevil 2 are on the to be watched list

Reading the above list it is truly embarrassing how much TV i watch, my one defence is that quite a lot is consumed whilst doing turbo sessions

  • better call saul s2 is fun

just watched e6... it's fun, but typically slow. I wish it was a movie so we could just get over with it.

  • Maigret?
The books are possibly my favourite fiction series, and I've read most of them many times. I suspect that I'll just spend the whole time shouting at the telly that they've buggered it up.
I can't see Rowan Atkinson as Maigret, he's not big enough.

  • It is slow I agree, but quite nice like that

    Kim Wexler is hot too

  • Flaked kinda flaked in the end.

  • Episode 5 of the current Stewart Lee series. First time I've got bored. He is basically experimenting with how little he can get away with doing, then use the criticisms as material for the next routine. I've enjoyed them all so far.

  • ^ watched last nights episode. Not sure who the joke was on - possibly me for staying tuned. Enjoyed most of the series, but Jeremy Corbyn's cat litter and Rod Liddle's popadum are either avant garde, or a massive middle finger at any one dumb enough to continue watching.

  • I'm pretty sure I'm supposed to like Stewart Lee - and at times he makes me chuckle - but, politics aside, generally I find him a bit tedious. Which is problematic, because that's part of his act.

Unrelated: I just read that The Kids in the Hall did a TV show a few years ago. "Death Comes to Town". Can't find anywhere to purchase it. Links, but no seeds. Anyone got any sweet hookups?

(Episodes are on YouTube, but pretty low quality).

  • Lee lives three doors down from me, I'll pop over and tell him how you feel. He often asks after you.

  • You're just about as funny as he is. Maybe see if he wants to collaborate while you're there?

  • Lee & Melling... has a certain ring to it

  • Lee lives three doors down from me, I'll pop over and tell him how you feel. He often asks after you.>

In a way, this is probably true. He feeds of criticism, the idea that people think he's shit makes up more than half of his material, and the fact that half his material is about people thinking he is shit makes up the other half. In general I still think he's awesome. I've watched every other show he's made and loved them all.
