This new X-files miniseries. Any good?

mrs hell and i are wading through all 9 seasons of les x files. that's over 200 episodes excluding the fillums and the new ones. we're on episode 3.

i can honestly say i've not seen a single episode in its entirety up until this week. and i ruddy love aliens and lasers and space and shit!

The new one was a bit all over the place.

As was the old one. It was great, but it didn't know where it was going and ultimately became a parody of itself. Bit like the reboot of BSG.

Anyone watched 'The 100' looking for something new to watch.

It's OK, aimed at young people, with all their youth and that though, the young bastards.

Highlight is this;

Watched Narcos over the past couple of weeks. Great entertainment and liked the editing. Acting was good, accents by the non Colombian actors were shocking.

Whoever thought that Pablo should be played by a Brazilian deserves some plomo.

Show Me a Hero was good. Only six episodes. Worth a watch.

ITV +1 at 2200: Car Crash Britain also features a cyclist who protests against potholes by planting little gardens in them if anyone is interested.

Making a Murderer was gripping, but for anyone still watching I'd recommend doing a bit of reading around afterwards - especially reading about the evidence that the programme makers for some reason didn't include.

On a completely different note, Brooklyn Nine Nine. It's stupid, but it knows it, and it has me chuckling away regularly. All the characters are pretty charming and I find Andy Samberg very likeable.

Also: the entirely lolsome terry crews, one of the few remaining famous Terry's.

Has chocolate orange died?

Brooklyn Nine Nine is awesome, the writers wrote for Park & Recreation which make sense.
