Just finished watching that. The one about the wedding videographer was good too.
Walking Dead - possible spoilers.
It was a peculiar episode. I thought at first I had missed a week but seems like they were just giving us a break from mumbling Rick. To the list of things people will eat to survive we can now add guinea pig. One step up from cannibalism I suppose.
Where are all the child zombies? -

This week's Walking Dead was bizarre, the change of pace was weird and stylistically it just felt a bit crap. Like when they let the work experience kid direct an episode of Hollyoaks.

I quite like the idea of them exploring how other people have survived, what other 'communities' have developed and so on. Sadly the answer is always slim, photogenic weirdos being overtly weird from the get-go and lots of well-groomed hair. And no child zombies - what's happened to all the dead children?

They're never going to show lots of dead children though are they, it would affect the way the programme is rated and make it 18+ or R. People don't like seeing kids get killed/ dead kids, there should be shit loads of dead kids though, easy pickings.

The Walking Dead started with Rick killimg a child zombie I think. Any change of scene in WD is welcome, like the group in season 4 that the Governor joined, it helps to get away from mumbling Rick and his tedious son with that fucking US Cavalry hat.

Really? Watch the sopranos....better characters and dialogue.
Edit - actually watch montalbano after reading the books in the original sicilian.

They don't actually show the killing though, there have been three child zombies I can think of so far and they have all been dealt with fairly swiftly. There should be loads of them just milling about surely.

Constantine was everything @>>>>>> said it would be and more. but it seems like the first 2 episodes were probably made on no budget to get the show commissioned as episode 3 (yes i managed 3 episodes, I am a glutton for shit television) ended up being much better all-round from a production point of view.
that lead actor basically ruins it though as he's just a shit actor, even without the stupid accent he just isn't believable as the kind of character he's trying to portray. the blood ritual he was doing at the start of ep. 3 was proper LOLworthy with a massive side of cringe.

I've already deleted the rest of 1 and 2 and you lying about watching it will not fool me into going anywhere near it again.

I guess it's quite a difficult series to make, you need to hook people in who haven't heard of John Constantine so cue generic sci-fi channel bilge... I only half-watched E03...

it seems they kept it nice and generic and then threw in a handful of hat tips to the book in throwaway comments to try and placate the fan boys.
i only ever read a handful of the picture books that a mate lent me so they kind of went over my head but they were pretty obvious (unless they were including a shit load of nonsensical asides and unexplained conversations because the script is just that bad).
