iPlayer has a lot of live programmes now.

  • Just discovered rainier tamayo, it's not bad for filling in the gaps when the great british broadcasting corporation output falls below par

  • Just finished Lilyhammer. Pretty good.

Now going to start season 3 or Borgen.

Is anyone else watching Banshee. It has really grown on me, i think I just had to get used to the violence.

  • Banshee is like the A Team with tits. Utter bullshit, but stupid fun.

  • Needs TV licence though.

  • "Our Girl" - Now that's just fucking insulting.

Dr. Who - Latest one was ok I thought.

  • "...but it has Stacy from 'stenders so it must be good."

  • Stacy from 'stenders

God she is so one dimensional it really is like 'Stacey'
got a job as an army medic.
    grrr

  • Remember when Stacey got a job as a copper?

  • When Rafi met Randy was genius (the really, really stupid kind), the league is well funny.

  • Did nobody watch the Paedophile Hunter?

I'm feel a bit uneasy about his methods and motives but its fucking great telly.

  • Last night and this morning we watched the whole first series of Broadchurch.

More than a year late to the party, but it was great. At first it was hard not to compare it unfavourably to the Scandi things, which have an extra mystique just because they're all forrin and interesting. But then the familiarity of so much of the Broadchurch story ended up making it all the more hard-hitting - the press houndings, the echoes of the McCanns, the whole idea of a place name becoming synonymous with murders. The impact of the murder on the family is probably better portrayed than in any other programme I've seen, and Tennant is superb, he looks like a better looking Sir Bradley.

If you never saw it the first time round, get it on now.

  • Is Gotham worth a download?

  • It's alright, nothing amazing but I think I'll keep watching.

  • Watched a bit of Dr Who. Got bored.

Malcolm Tucker isn't right unless he's swearing.

  • do you have to be british to see the appeal of dr who? like with fray bentos pies, constantly appologising and motorway services?

  • I think you have to be under 11...

  • I think you're right. I always want Dr Who to be good.
It never matches up to the 70s.

  • Is Gotham worth a download?

Soooo cheesy, like a DC version of CSI.

I'll still watch it though. It's not as bad as Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.

  • ^ Take that back!!!

  • Anyone watch The Code last night?

    Any good?

  • It's not bad, it looks like all those kind of programmes have to look nowadays with pointless long shots and lingering close ups of door handles and cups of coffee, and most of the people in it are coincidentally better than average looking, but it passes the time. It's hokum but at least it doesn't flatter itself that it needs eight episodes like Broadchurch did.

  • More to the point The Walking Dead is back tonight.
