We dont have the out and out cargo models.

But we have things like the Delite, the multicharger looks familiar, They are in another section so I dont look regularly...

Is it good for carrying large flat things (eg big sheets of plywood) that don't fit in the basket?

I know someone who has one. I think he's generally very happy with it, but he's also friends with Mike so that may influence it. Are you planning to get one from Bikefix in Lambs Conduit Street?

I personally wouldn't be sure about carrying large sheets of plywood, but you could always test-ride one?

I tried the Bikefix's one years ago and I remember the steering being very peculiar (not bad, just like nothing else I had tried. This may be of interest.
