seems a shame it has gone the way of the steam engine and the bands that harvey listens to, but if that is how it shall be, that is how it shall be. i shan't stand in the way of the popular vote.

however, i still think there is life in it, perhaps if we start over again, form teams we all want to be in, arrange match dates rather than see what happens, etc, and make it not to know 'who is best' or 'who is polo king', but just to make more summer fun from a great game.

yup, stick stace in the team I'm supposed to be in. I'll turn up at some point, although free sundays are increasingly rare for me. also I'm supposed to be putting the miles in for more cough serious events cough.

incidently I do have a pair of hot pink ski poles waiting to be made into mallets. I'd like one; harvey, the other's yours if you make me a mallet!

Done ! those poles are increasingly as rare rocking horse shit . I'm up for some training miles if you don't mind me drafting you most of the way ;) Polo is a very serious event .
