  • This was my plan, flip the odd pair to fund my trainer habit. Just need more space to keep the trainers now, my other half doesn't understand why I want to keep the boxes.

  • Speaking of reselling etc, I've got a pair of Jordan 19's that I've never worn and probably wont ever wear, just wondering if anybody might want to buy them off me. UK 8, black red countdown pack like these

  • WTF is that on the front? Chainmail?

  • They are so incredibly ugly

  • Anyone recommend some smartish trainers that will hold up to riding fixed for around 15-20 miles daily?
Destroyed 3 pairs of vans in the past 6 months.

  • ^^Haha, haters gonna hate, Ill just put em on ebay then.

  • Haha those Jordans look like TK Maxx specials, so shiny!!

If you're still keen for Vans, the Era Pro has a vastly stronger/more comfortable construction, and don't look too bad.

  • I am still a vans die hard, I'll give those a try next.
    Thanks man
    Have some rep.

  • The big problem I have with vans is the sole coming unglued after just a few days wear, even the pros are still glued if im not mistaken. The new LXVI series are supposed to be good though.

  • Vans Half Cabs, accept no substitute.

The Kill 'em all edition is like the pro version of yore, proper stiff shoe made with thick suede.

My half cabs lasted about 4 weeks :(

  • But I'm certain they weren't the HCP, there is hardly any bendage in that sole.

  • Bendage or not they still came apart from the sole.

  • They were definitely stiffer though, the vans that lasted longest were the Chukka lows.

  • Also, if they last 4 weeks only why don't you go the shop, I'm sure they'll either exchange or give refund/credit note.

  • Really? I have so many pairs of dead vans lying around here.

  • Have the Joey Essex types moved on from Vans yet? Are they safe to wear again?

  • I thought it wouldn't count because of the activities I do in them, brakeless skidding etc.

  • HANON x Saucony shoe is nice. Might nab a pair. Kicking myself I didn't go down last Saturday for the LeBron Corks.

  • is pickyourshoes.com legitimate? Got shoes I can't find anywhere else on their site, but the website was linked from a blog

  • Yep

  • I was just jesting. I flipped a pair of Hannon Centaurs recently to make my pair a freebie

    I've paid my dues.

I've got some free Navy Centaurs which I might stick on, unless anyone wants them, sz 8....

  • Huaraches are pretty much up there as my least favourite Nike shoe that 'heads go nuts for'... Fucking hideous shit...
