I totally took for granted how comfortable my New Balance were until I spent a day walking around in my old Vans.

And, despite the current grey area surrounding what constitutes "manufactured in" and "assembled in" – New Balance are one of the only sports shoe manufacturers that produces some of it's footwear in the UK and the USA... and they cost roughly the same as slightly higher end Vans/Etnies/DC etc.
