  • Easy tiger...

I've got some Qadici's in red, the leathers fucking ace, and I like the cortez style sole and the air unit is a nice touch agreed they're a marmite shoe, but I likes 'em

  • Can't wait for these tho...

Where will stock these in London when they drop?

  • Air Jordan III, wow never seen those!

How many fuckin times do they have to milk the Jordan range?!

And they STILL won't have the 'NIKE AIR' on the heel

  • I really want a pair of these

    or these

I had a look on eBay with Nuno and was well surprised at how expensive they are.
I grew up in a poor household and had 2 pairs of Jordans as a kid !!

If anyone sees them in a UK11 for a reasonable price (less than a ton) let me know...

  • AJ5's are very nice, but without the No. 23 on the heel cap please.

BTW, if you grew up in a "poor" household you wouldn't have had any AJ or trainers for that matter.
They used to be over £100 which was/is a lot of money for a pair of trainers.

    This ^

They all look shite without the 'NIKE AIR' on, the jumpman logo instead looks wrong!

The early ones were about £60, even up to Jordan V, they were £90

Still got them, ace! Can't really wear them as the toebox is all cracked but they have the 'NIKE AIR' on the heel ;-)

Yeah true say, without the 23. I don't remember seeing them with a 23 when I was a kid.
Oh, and I did grow up in a poor household, in New Zealand granted, so maybe I've got it twisted but if they were over £100 there's NO chance my mum would have got em for me! Come to think of it .... It makes no sense. I never had Vans as they were "too expensive" but still somehow managed to rock AF1's and Jordans daily...

Mega jelly ! They are LUSH

  • The airbags are burst too :-(

  • They must be well old, I bet you wore em to death too !

I keep forgetting that Max wasn't born yet when I first had them.

  • I would have had them from 1995-1999

  • I keep forgetting that Max wasn't born yet when I first had them.

I was rocking these when Max was born

...and I remember thinking that AJ were fugly.

  • Ha!

  • they came out in '90

  • they came out in '90

    Max?

  • Same year, not all things that were released in 1990 were good unfortunately.

  • I would have had them from 1995-1999

they were up to AJ 11 by '95

    apologies for trainer geekery

I was obsessed with Airwalk and VSW at the age of 10... good times.
Being a hipster was actually underground.

That's probably why they weren't so expensive.
Out of season, not yet 'vintage'....

  • Jordan VI came out in '90 I thought?

I went to USA in May '90 and got them fresh, a few months before they were in the UK

Same here, but more like late eighties onwards, when I was actually skating, VSW, Air Walk and to certain degree Vans were the only shoes you would rock back then.

From the '90's it was all about the AJ's and the Air Max's (at least where I lived).
