Further to earlier posts about trainers for actually training in, I copped a pair of these:

I've been good until now. 5 pairs in two weeks and another pair on the way. Until then I stuck to 2 pairs a quarter.

FWIW I'm quite pleased with the NMDs bit spendy but very comfortable.
