Some trainer help please?

What's the best way to restore a scuffed/cracked black around the toe section on a pair of these with the crackled/shiny finish?

Would some black shoe polish, leather balm or something similar be enough or is there a better way or product?

I feel like I should point out they're not mine.

The bin doesn't want those. Find a skip full of rubble.

Is synthetic leather non? Not sure polish would work...
