Funnily enough, I've been wearing Superga again recently....classic Italian plimsole

It's all my son seems to like wearing.

Still need to buy the nipper a pair but my Mrs wont let me as he's got a few pairs of Vans n Converse....she doesn't want him having too many pairs of 'non child' shoes so his feet don't go raspberry

I know the founder and had a chat with him about what they might do with it. They've build these treatment units which look like something our of doctor who - it has a chamber about 1m3 in it. You chuck stuff into the chamber - could be anything...shoes, clothes, etc - shut the door, flick a switch and give whats in the chamber a quick blast...hey presto...the most ridiculously waterproof/dirtproofing possible. In the future they may offer treatment for consumers to personalise items but they're trying to pair up with brands first - just got timberland.
