i definitely am. i walked by polo bike earlier and it tried to trip me up. i think hes feeling left out. if we all bring a shovel to the court we could have it cleared in no time...

I would have, but polobike is in bits. Got some major modifications planned over winter. Keep an eye out for version 2.0.

Awesome - shall we say 1? Got to warm up something dead for the flatmates Christmas meal after but that should leave time.

John ..can't wait to see what you're working on .. although i'm guessing aggressive geometry, very short wheelbase, possible road frame donor ... maybe even a return to 700s ?
... must be something in the air, cos for 2011 i've sourced an even less suitable polo bike than the ones i've used so far... it'll be great while it lasts ... haven't bought it yet though
the rudge is still in one piece, but i've found that its generally happier being a leisurely gentlemanly road machine than a polo bike ... so i'm planning some velocity deep vee 700c rims to fit on the original hubs for sunny summer cruising, fresh paint and decals ... especially the "by appointment to his majesty the king" one..

Gav .. depending on the weather tomorrow, i'm up for a game ... don't like cycling on ice though

By September, do you mean 4-6 February or am I getting the wrong end of the stick? If it's Feb, I'm out, otherwise could be interested.

... i'm sure there was a train times / fares link that someone put up on that thread ... and i'm sure it was Feb .... which would explain why people are wanting names and places as early as like ... now.

Just blown my entire V2.0 budget on these DMR Wingbars, so they'll prolly be the only paid-for item on the whole build.

Looks like i'll have to get a bit Blue Peter on the rest of the bike and break out the used milk-bottle tops and sticky-backed plastic. Feck!
