  • And Lewis?

  • Massa going all the way?

  • I hope Hami's engine blows up.

  • wish denied chump

  • Fantastic... :)

  • .

  • agreed ts, excellent sportsmanship from the main protagonists

  • Good work Williams.

  • I hope you win the lottery.

  • Really pleased to see the Williams 2/3.

  • I'd like to see Jenson still in F1 next year. I'd miss the guy if he's gone for good.

  • Yes, it's odd that he's not got anything confirmed, to me at least.

  • It's great that the double points had no effect (at least not on the top 6 or so), but it's a shame we missed out on a Mercedes battle.

Then again Abu Dhabi isn't really a track that lends itself to wheel to wheel racing. I still find it ridiculous that Alonso got stuck behind Petrov in one of the worst cars of the season for the entire race, and this year found it relatively tricky to pass a Caterham!

It'd be great if they replaced it with Istanbul or something like that, one of the rare occasions where Tilke didn't build a horrendous circuit.

  • Well, Marco Mattiacci didn't last long did he. Maybe they hold him responsible for losing Alonso.

  • So just thinking about fantasy Formula 1 land... Lamborghini should enter a team. Part of the VW group but enough of it's own identity. No real motorsport history but I'd imagine at least there'd be some theatre if they got involved. bah, it'll never happen.

  • If Lambo did F1:

  • See, better all ready! BTW, is that F-zero? foggy memory.

  • Wipeout 64. It even had drum 'n bass as the soundtrack. Best game ever when you're stoned.

  • I'm fairly sure VW/Audi have said over and over that they're not going into F1, considering their dominance in sportscars they have no reason to.

  • Porsche managed to stick to sports cars and do relatively well.

Besides, 'Rarri are already mortified by the amount that they're no longer allowed to spend, which is why their car was bobbins this season. I spoke to a German chap who reckoned that Mercedes are about two years ahead of the rest of the teams.

    Which means it's prediction time:

    1) Vettel will never win another WC.
    2) Hamilton will win again - at least twice.
    3) Nico will win in the next two years.
    4) Alonso won't win a lollipop with his new team.
    5) Button will drive in F1 next season.
    6) Kimi will get bored again.
    7) Paul Di Resta will make a comeback.
    8) Schumacher will be lucky to be able to drive a lawnmower around his sizable estate.

And on a more sour note: Jules won't wake up.

  • Kubica?

  • Doesn't need to come back, does he?

I thought rallying was going well. Besides, will either Massa or Bottas give up their seats?

  • Probably still has something to prove, even if it's just that he's regained the strength he had before the accident.

  • They all have unfinished business.
