I've never stripped one, and personally wouldn't.
But I have pictures. -

Wouldn't it be easier not to wear it? it's a bit pointless when you're already bald.

Anyone selling an SLR cheapish... -

This might have been asked an answered before, but why would you do this?
-

You save a good 20gr, and this
-
• #144
me, for comfort, i prefer it.
and as a bonus, it doesn't soak up water :) -
• #145
I've got a carbon one a normal one and a stripped one sitting here unused.
Obviously that means I don't own enough bikes.

• #146
This might have been asked an answered before, but why would you do this?
The 'padding' and cover add nothing to the comfort and if the cover is damaged then why not, better than throwing the seat away.
-
• #147
that's exactly how i started stripping them, my tore, so removed it, then prefered it.
and have tried unstripped ones, but didnae like it as much -

because it looks cool and fits with the stricktly utilitarian, minimalist aesthetic dedicated followers of cycle fashion are pursuing currently.
