Has anyone any experience of trying to consolidate pet insurance policies?

I'm currently paying into a seperate policy for each cat, and that has become a significant cost per month.

I don't pay a penny to any pet insurers. I put the approximate amount of a policy into a savings account. In 30 years I have saved a lot of money, spent a fair bit on vets bills, but still have a pot that is not insignificant.
