  • lies, all lies!!!

  • I need 2 dogs in my life. Definitely a Jack Russell, can't decide on the second, maybe a Rottweiler.

  • It will end up like the current projects thread.

  • Where is this one from?

  • not mine, but still.

YouTube - ‪Time Lapse: Puppy to Adult in 40 seconds. Dunder‬‏

This made me miss my Jessie that died last year :( Got her from 9months to 9years old.

  • love your dog!

  • Is 3 cats too many? It's starting to be a little bit weird-old-cat-lady.

    Potential new model:

Well? Are you now the mad cat man of SE London?

  • Here's the new (ish) cat. She's called moon, and loves sitting in the bath bizzarly....

    And obviously window ledges..

  • No longer have a cat, but can sympathize with this auzzie about the constant stinky piss they leave everywhere, i'm not good with electronics, so instead employ two dogs (trouble is they both suck up to cats)...

worth a watch to make your friday that much more better.

  • Molly back to the vets today. Seems her feline cystitis is not only idiopathic (stress induced??) but also chronic now. Had to take her to the emergency vet last Sunday as it flared up again the day after we returned from holiday.

Vet gave us special non absorbent litter so we could take a urine sample to see what's what. Well handy. Took sample this morning. Put it in the test tube. Placed in fridge next to the eggs.

    Me to Mrs Brave... Problem?

Reckon it's special diet poss meds. But at least it's treatable.

2011 has not been her year..

  • My cat loves this thread

  • ^ Excellent! I guess I'm lucky with just being watched when I get the sewing machine out!

  • a rather toothy ronald...

  • Just a little update and 'before and after' of Mr. Tumley, the collie x labradoodle (also known as a collabradoodollie, or cobradoodle!)

    Before

    After

He also likes to dress up like an old lady...

  • Bikedestroyer - awesome looking dog. Whats his temprament like. I know collies can be a bit skittish as they are bred as working dogs, are highly intelligent and need stimulus. does the labradoodle genes give it a bit more of a relaxed temper.

  • He's a bizarre little fella for sure! He's from two family dogs and due to the cross breeding doesn't have a jot of working dog in him. He can get really worked up if you play fight with him, but in general he's very docile and loves to sleep A LOT! He's also a bit a strange will affection - he loves having a cuddle if he's tired and he loves attention but on HIS terms! Most of the time if you go and lie with him he'll stand up and go find a spot out of reach of a human!

Oh, and he loves eating plastic and rubber. That space hopper toy was found in bits in his poo all in one day. At one point it looked like he'd developed the amazing talent to shit bright orange!

Here's a link to some vids of him on Youtube

seems like a bright chap from your vids, looks like a legend.

also your vid of your bunny is sweet. My bunny used to do the same and sit on the back of the sofa. he also used to like to sort of hop over and nuzzle up to my face. funny things bunnys.

Jack Russell and Greyhound. It doesn't get better than that. Two different ends of the spectrum, plus the Russell can weave in and out of the greyhound's legs.

  • ^ I like his line of thought. I has a JRT, greyhound next? :P

  • My dog just got itself lost in the fields near me, the crops are about 4 feet high now. Cue me running around whistling and shouting for 40 minutes, turns out he had got out after about 10 minutes and ran straight home...

    Git.

This pairing can potentially kill anything in the world....

Kinda close, a friend of mine is currently writing a childrens novel about a border terrier and a lurcher...

I want a Manchester terrier and a Cocker Spaniel.

Haha - yeah this would be a somewhat mental pairing - Jack Russells seem to be our Greyhounds nemesis (nemeses?) - they really wind them up... :)
