My dog is constipated, not having a garden is making this much harder to sort out. He doesn't know what to do with himself, bless him.
Harv, your post brought a tear to my eye the other evening, the dog has been sleeping in my room since then. Hope you're feeling better.

The company that insure James sent me an email to remind me to update any details that had changed- which was handy as I'd moved house and got another cat (Higgs) since I last spoke to them.
I had a read through the T's and C's before sending everything back and found that past 8 they
start to restrict some cover due to certain illnesses being age related. This made me pause for a second to consider James being gone, something I'd never really done before.
It will be a very sad day, and thinking of it made me resolve to try to enjoy his company as best I can whilst I have the privilege of it.

I get so pissed off with these insurance companies. So many have clauses in their policies which basicaly stops most being from being eligible for a payout when they most need it. Surely this is a crime against humanity?
I read all of the T's and C's of the PetPlan insurance (I think all of them have this clause) and it states that you're pet is only covered if it has a dental every year. Who does that as a standard proceedure for their dog? As far as I'm aware, not many, which means so many people will be out of pocket after spending of money and years on their insurance.Does anyone else think it might be worth putting money aside into a pet fund rather than paying for insurance?

have a look at NFU for pet insurance - both our Greyhounds are with them and they have just payed out several thousand for them recently without batting an eye.

Fantastic. Do you work in a zoo?
I would love to get that close to a tiger -

I love those slow-mo ones of the jumping cats. It really highlights the elasticity of their muscles acting as a built-in shock absorber. Fantastic

My 8 year old black lab, Jet, gave birth to 8 puppies (10, but 2 didn't make it) on Christmas Day; 4 boys/4 girls, 5 black and 3 yellow.
This is Comet, the girl we're keeping.

The puppies are awesome, but they do grow into even more awesome dogs.
This is their mum, taken just before she was impregnated.

Here's one more, Comet & Dasher, we named them after all the reindeer because they were born on Christmas Day.
Last one and then I'll stop whoring them out.

Stanley, again. Also constipated at the moment, bless him - he's eating all sorts on walks so not a great deal we can do about it. Butter wouldn't melt.
Also developing a fondness for rolling in stuff hence:
Actually doesn't seem to mind baths too much...
