That's a guy I work with, Jason. His commute is from out in one of the villages.
Good man, if you've got to do it may as well do it in style!

just seen the most slave bike ever, coming out of st matthews gardens towards ASDA/beehive centre
cougar low pro, spok on the front (maybe a tri) with a full disc and the obligatory supreme sticker on the disc. didnt know such slave bikes were possible this side of london
also how the fuck can you ride a full disc around as a HHSB. crosswinds here are mad as its so flat
ps was an asian guy with a long leather coat, i also shouted SLAVE, but you didnt hear me

Pretty sure I saw that locked up outside Billy's bike shop by the Grafton along with another HHSB with two aerospokes a couple of days ago.

Shouting 'Slave' at ethnic minorities is a good way to get 'not heard' ;)

I work at Addenbrookes, riding my ss in most days, and have spotted a ss Raleigh often locked up nearby. Same Charge seat as me too. Can't remember other details.

Sorry! Replying to posts back in March! Only just discovered this section! Yep - most likely me: remember handing in an APU textbook that I found lying in the street! (good citizen award to me;-). The Lager is in bits now... jammed seatpost being given caustic soda treatment. Gonna rebuild with spares and use it as a winter hack. Perfectly ok bike, but frame bit heavy IMO.
Could be Martin... "Moomin" on here
Light blue and brown frame (didn't see what it was) with blue rims and brown bullhorn bars outside the SU shop at ARU, was riding past on my purple conversion as you were locking it up.

I'm not too sure, I saw it there almost every day after the first time I spotted it, and it changed to drops about two months ago.
Also noticed it had mismatched pedals and toe clips/straps a couple of times too.

Def not me then, sorry! Funny-not seen those lægers around here much! Understand they Are all over landan tho;-)
-
• #391
You're right, I've only seen two of them here in Cambridge, so I'm guessing the other was yours!
Funnily enough, I'd never seen another of my frame, and then I spotted one on my way to work last month and another guy riding the same frame (except with gears) stopped next to me as I was locking up to ask where I got mine.
Surprising for a frame built up north in the 70s! -

Pretty sure I saw GreenGoblin earlier, walking down Gwydir Street at about 7 with a group of people.
Recognised your bike from the bike tag thread and wanted to say hey but I was on the phone. -
• #393
Saw a 3 person bike earlier on bridge street, I have to get myself one of those
