Ah shit, what a time you've been having of it recently, Robin! You need time to recover dude, there's no rush on the bits. I actually went a bit mad in Evans yesterday so the need is lessened. I'll shout you in the week.

Cheers Paul! I found some 26" slick tyres at home, a huge A head stem and a few xt/LX/deore rear mechs. Let me know if you need
-
• #455
I could do with a new slick for the front, what tyre is it?
-
• #456
vuelta i think, they are old and covered in cobwebs but think they are either 1.75's? Rubber is not perished and they have plenty of life

I'm also looking for a MTB bashguard/chainguard, they are ferkin' pricey brand new! Black Black Black if you got one :)
-
• #458
Ive got one in clear, ill have a lok at home and work out what it is
-
• #459
Clear could work, MTB spacing 4 bolt? Cheers Woody. My crank just looks naked without anything in the spider. That sentence could have gone very wrong.
-

Same as this: http://gear.ridemonkey.com/imgs/p_56122.jpg but 5 bolt
-
• #461
Oh snap, I haz a 4 bolt crank, thanks for looking Woody. When are you back in Brighton?
As an aside, I was looking at those very bashguards the other day. They have a list of "approved lubricants" because petroleum products degrade the polycarbonate causing it to fail, catastrophically.
-
• #462
who uses hydrocarbon based lubricants anyway?

People, when they're fucking the planet.

@Jack - I need money to pay off Senor Snap On!
Slightly OT - Snap On Tool Chest
Due to acquisition of a larger chest, I am going to try and re-coup some of the cost from my existing Snap On Tool Chest.
A few VERY minor cosmetic marks to the outside of the chest (Only visible when the chest is all closed up)
All drawers run smoothly and perfectly, and come with clean, fitted liners.
9 Drawers, with 3 Separated compartments on the top 'shelf' area.
(Same as this, but RED - LINK)Unfortunately no key as I have lost it, but I have never locked it anyway. Your local Snap On dealer can supply a new one.
250quid takes it away. Currently retails for well over 700.....
Collection from Brighton area. I can put it on a pallet if you really need it moving but you'll have to sort the courier out!

Hi all,
Does anyone have a silver 25.4 stem head that they wouldn't mind getting rid of?

Anyone got any SPD pedals with cages, like Shimano DX's, that they want rid of? I need some new pedals for the polo bike

I'm after a bike for my lady, step thru frame 27" or 700c wheels - sturdney archer gears preferably but open to suggestion. Condition isn't a big issue as I quite like having a project

I know of a nearly new one coming up for sale soon. Will be £200 mark?
-
• #471
what is it?
-
• #472
Can't remember the name, I'll find out and PM you tomorrow.
