Stephen not steve.
I will meet you gang, and you all are a gang, at east drinks, north drinks, whatever. (though I have never been before) then you can vent all your criticisms, face to face with me. I am offering to face the lot of you (except the more wiser ones' who have offered support or unbiased constructive advice) but in offering this, this thread must stop. If you feel that strongly then arrange to meet at a place of your choosing. It has gone past rage. -

What are your reasons for closing the thread?
Tommaso came onto the forum to ask for help on an Ebay problem when a seller refused to sell him the frame he won. It turns out that the seller is on the forum, and will still not sell him the frame.
A lot of people think this is wrong, and that she should sell the frame, whilst others think it's boring, a "yawn", and that it's ok to pull out of a deal. What is the problem in letting the debate continue?

I've heard (or i might be making this up) that tomasito has hired brett the hitman hart and Shaun Michaels to retrieve said nagasawa whatever means neccesary.
He's rumoured to have paid a nominal fee of £210.00 for their services, i think its a good deal.
eh? Keep me out of this.

Just to put in my 2p worth, if hussy sent out the message but tomasso didn't get it but others did the other bidders would of not bid there max price meaning the frame wouldn't of got for its best price.
But then again she should of let it run then cancelled it at the end with proof of the damage and maybe offered it at a discount or to repair the damage.
As it is i wouldn't want the frame now as all the bad vibes in it, just think after all this you get it and then SNAP!I agree. It would be interesting to know what sort of response Hussy got from these eBayers after he/she alerted them of the damage. My guess is that some of them wouldn't have minded if the auction had carried on. That's just a guess though...
Cluster fuck indeed.

I think that the best thing for everybody would be if hussy gave the frame to Scott.
Shit wrong thread.

Finding the lynch mob boring, tedious and a bad reflection of the community does not even begin to equate to it being "ok to pull out of a deal". You have a logic fail going on.
He asked for advice, the pieces were put together, they have contact via the forum and stuff... now they need time, not 50 posts an hour cranking up the volume on the matter.

that's it. no more from me. Damed if your getting this you bully after this stunt.
i am not carrying on with this anymore.I thought refusing to play because you didn't like the rules and then threatening violence stopped when you became an adult.

Thread closed to give the people involved a chance to work things out without the baying mob knocking at the door.

Tommaso is my mate, it was me who told him to ask for advice on the forum because the ebay seller dodged all his messages to try and meet up, have a look at the damage and talk about it as he was prepared to pay the £390 for the scratched frame. Tommaso is a polite and decent guy and has been all over this thread.
Tommaso did not get his frame, Hussy still has not agreed on meeting up to have a look at the damage or to talk about the whole situation. Tommaso has attempted to sort this out between him and the seller before, during and after asking for advice on this forum. This was never intended as hanging out dirty laundry / mud throwing / witch hunt.

oh and if anyone wants to contribute to this whole thing in a constructive manner, send Tommaso a message if you have a spare frame
dodgy ebay sellers, they fuck me off!...shit like this happens too often.
hussy, if you feel bad riding that bike (why would you be riding a bike that you wanted to sell is beyond me) then thats your own fault....
