I thought I'ld do one of these wrist shots you horology nerdz seem to love.
I for one don't like big heavy plates of metal and glass with too many dials and schnickschnack.

Got this Braun aw50 still made in Germany delivered last Saturday after a kleinanzeigen (German Craigslist?) punt for a possibly faulty watch. A battery change later I got myself this nice and simple watch for 45 euros.
Still has the original Braun leather wristband too!

I actually prefer the aw20 because a bit sleeker and has a second hand, but hey, beggars can't be choosers!

Found this languishing in the bedside drawer. I've had it y e a r s (I think it was a graduation present back in the 90's).

I need a date window, and ideally a seconds hand. The aw20 does both, not like your aw10 with a second hand but no date, and our aw50 with no second hand but date.

I don't mind date windows, but I'm happier without. One less thing to keep adjusting when I don't wear watches often.

I'd say around £300 depending on condition, a tad more with box, papers ect.

It’s a 1500 series from early 90’s quite like how the lume has aged but looks like it’s about to fall out of the hour hand any minute unfortunately. A couple of hundred quid probably, google the model number on the back wk1211

No box or papers unfortunately. I'd say condition is generally good as I barely ever wore it. Battery is obviously long gone...
