After much patience I finally found an example of one of these in the colours I'm after.

I think you would be bored of this after 30 minutes

But is it punk?

Ok.
It hasn't got the anarchy of a Swatch.
That said I do love the mutual plagiarism.
Like fuck your copyright let's collab except I take all the profit.
Pretty punk?

Very kind of you, let’s see what the situation is next pay day, also import charges aren’t insane on digital watches so wouldn’t want to put you out unnecessarily.

Nice one!
If mine had those colours I wouldn't think about selling. -

Just wish these were a tiny bit smaller

Are there really no leather watch straps out there for less than 50 quid?

Saw this tiny Seiko last night. Proto-Bell & Ross looking thing. I could barely get it around my wrist on the last strap hole.

To add to other recommendations, fluco straps. They make straps for Nomos. from £20 to £40ish online . They are nice for the money

Best watch ever? .. the purple of the solar and the golf GTIesque red band always do it for me.

Cheers for the strap reccos, splashed out on an Erika. Love it, sits nicely above the wrist and doesn't slip around without being too tight.
Not sure what music genre this is, maybe late stage yo la tengo?

These are just over £50 with the new customer 10% discount but I've found them way better quality than the cheaper leather straps I've bought

Ha, thanks, I’m no expert but I did a little bit because I know there’s usually at least one bloke with a literally encyclopaedic knowledge of Seiko there. And there was. 😂
Good to see you there.

Great, that's by far the best webstore of the recent recommendations in this thread. I love a brand that offers a focused and comprehensive product selection. Willing to stretch my budget just for that. Fluco straps that someone recommended seem to offer a decent sweet spot between price and finesse. Judging from the photos that is.
There's something about WatchGecko that rubs me the wrong way, but perhaps that's just me. -
