I love that watch. Slight regret that I didn’t pick one up at the time, though there was no way I could have afforded it.

God. I dream of the day when my first coffee is that late in the day. I think my first today was 5.45.

Yes I keep looking there, was a bit “dubious “ as they seem to undercut everywhere else but obviously kosher then.

Happy Friday all. I know the Apple Watch isn’t normally posted but it replaced my broken one so it’s sorta new watch day. Second hand at £90 so I won’t cry too much of it breaks like the previous three.

100% kosher they have a London store with some GS stock and was offered in store collection as an option. Mine was special order with a 3 weeks wait i spoke to Emma every time and all comms were excellent. I'll use them again for my next GS i saved over £450 on full rrp on my SPGP013. I'm going to guess they're stock is imported as their sale prices fluctuate slightly probably due to exchange rates? Mine has gone up by £26 in the last couple of weeks

What size? 36 or 41?

If 36, worth looking at the basic Nomos Club in that size, I think it's a lot nicer and cheaper.

41, can't go smaller than 40, it looks too silly on me.

Ordered the green. There's still some yellow and red available over here from the only place you can buy them from. But blue and green are sold out.

This is the only decent wrist shot I can find. Strap looks shit. Will be swapping that out immediately.

Yeah the lug/strap junctions look a bit pants there - decent strap should sort it. Dial looks beaut though

You know those things you regret? I found an OP Datejust in 1992 when I moved into a house share while at university (to be fair, the house was in West Hampstead). My mate liked it so I gave it to him. He felt guilty so gave me £100. Which I spent on a Syncros Cattlehead stem.

There must be a single word to describe this simultaneous dedication to bikes/absolute muppetry (and it must be a sign of passing years that the pangs of regret have only just overtaken the pride of ownership that the Syncros engendered).

Yeah I had seen them do a LHD version of something else so I asked when i ordered it.

They wouldn’t do the same thing when I got the 38mm ti version though. As it’s smaller though dont find the crown an issue.
