Can someone explain to me what the deal is with the dot over 90?

Not a favourite for me but like they're getting smaller case sizes out. Interesting as I've not seen this reference.

The old ones, the ones that went to the moon, had the dot over 90 (DON) design. They revised it not long after to “dot near 90” and stuck to it, for the best part of fifty years. So DON bezels became rare and desirable and “authentic”, along with the 321 calibre.

It’s only recently that they’ve realised that collectors go wild for that type of shit so now they all have DON and it’s not special anymore.

It means it’s NJS and Nasa certified.
people need this affirmation when timing artillery with their bezel tachymeter.

On Reddit there's a guy claiming to have heard from a Swatch dealer that they've made 100,000 so far, each of the 110 shops has about 180, online sales will start on the 28th, and the watches will be sold for 3 months, like their other collabs. As the dot is the indicie, they can't just move it around withouth changing the scale. They must have moved the 90 in relation to the dot, no?
It should rightly be referred to as NUD (ninety under dot).
