The perfect Rolex.

But you can still show us :-)
They do have a lot of different colours. I wonder if it was always the case or is it the Invicta style. -

I’m fairly sure I could one watch it with this - it’s a year old next Friday and I’ve worn it 70-80% of the time 😄

Looks good to me :-)

Not surprised, it is perfect.

I actually wore it today based on this conversation. It is very comfortable with it's low profile and curved lugs. I have a curved rubber dive strap too, which works well.

I’m really surprised at how comfortable it is. Great watch.

Really like this .. I saw an Air king in a window rrp and it’s close , but fussy compared to your explorer ... which is class
-
• #45987
Not sure I shouldn’t have bought it anyway as a speculative punt ... but it’s risk vs reward and I’m crap at investing .If it had been an explorer I would possibly have done it , but it had been an explorer it wouldn’t have been in the window would it .

Spotted on the 28th of June by a guy from another forum in Mappin and Webb in Kingston. Apparently, was there for a good few days.

A joyously dodgy submariner with PCL

Hope he’s OK, snide or not it could’ve been a lot worse.

Thankfully he's fine.

Just a shameless plug gents - I listed a few things in Classifieds, a lovely watch is there to be had at a fair price.
-
• #45995
Crazy - these were very hard to get hold of and haven’t seen one out on display for 2 yrs

Not anymore I think. There were at least 3-4 for sale in the past couple of months on the TZ-UK forum. That photo of one in the window is pretty crazy comparing to last year for instance.

I have to admit that I'm rather lusting after a blingy G-Shock.
Could go down the route of buying a fake case from Ali and a donor watch.
Could just buy a real one.

I can't see myself taking this off in the near future. As @Velocio said, it's really a very good watch.
If I'm honest, I reckon its overpriced by about £100 but then again, the module in it is very polished and user friendly. Little details like the gradient of the backlight as it fades in and out make a big difference to the feel of the watch. The bluetooth stuff is executed well too. Legibility is excellent. Need some time to report on battery life.

Oh yeah. The bracelet. It's not in the same league as a well made bracelet on a mechanical watch in terms of heft and clearances but its beautifully finished with no sharp edges, it's very easy to remove links and it's super comfortable to wear.
If more watches could have bracelets as comfortable as this it would be a good thing. It's just very well designed in a way that isnt over engineered.

Hopefully not until 2025 at the earliest!
I bought a glycine combat back in Feb, was about 500 aud. Really good for the money and it keeps very good time. The fit is excellent, thin and the lugs curve nicely around the wrist. I wish I had bought the black version like yours though. Mine has polished hands and the bezel is quite shiny... The whole effect just cheapens it, rather than being a simple tool watch. So it never gets worn, I have to sell it at some point.
