Feels like a completely different watch. While the design of the original is great, the finish is a bit plastic-y which reduced the appeal. I also did not get on with the strap (not an uncommon complaint).
The new bezel is great, would highly recommend. It's the same dimensions as the original but the brushed metal finish gives the watch a lot more presence.

I don't think the bracelet is especially high quality and I'm expecting wear and tear on it to show pretty quickly. But for £77 for both delivered via AliExpress it's a great upgrade.

I think this is the best version for a date window having the same orientation makes it much more coherent.

I just realised its not Friday... Damn it... I'll have to post again tomorrow. (tomorrow is Friday,right?)

I've always had a soft spot for these, but I'm just not sold on Ti. Does the bracelet finish scratch easily?

@Bainbridge I’m really happy with my AliExpress bezels and bracelets.

I’m quite tempted to go the same route as you but get the regular stainless one with the Royal Oak style screws. I just thought it might be too big at 45mm.

There some spots that have a slightly shinier look but only close up. But you have to look close.

Looks in good nick. I guess it's the bead blasted finish I'm not keen on. Very nice watch though.

It does feel a bit bigger but it's a G-Shock.....they aren't supposed to be dainty

I'd buy one if you could skip the bracelet I think.
