  • Question or statement?

  • PM'd re travel case

  • Thanks. You'd need an eyepiece to see it. We did the deal on his drive. At one point the box was resting on some floorboards in his skip! Would've made a good pic....

  • Very happy with my fake Erika strap (link to eBay) so far.

I don’t have a tremendous amount of things I can compare it to, but my previous NATO/Zulu strap had about as much stretch as a car seat belt when dry, and became looser when wet.
No issue with this strap, the fit seems always right and nicely spread on the wrist.

One thing I did was file the stupid logo out of the buckle, which now looks roughly brushed, quite the opposite end of the spectrum from a zarastu polish if you see what I mean.

Huge bonus: typing/writing without the strap getting in the way or scratching the laptop.

    10/10 would (gonna?) buy again

  • Nice. I bought a fauxrica from ZuluDiver when they had them ‘cheap’. Been meaning to find the option in 18mm.

  • The moody Erika’s are really decent, the only issue I have with them is they only come in one size, which happens to be a bit big for me so the buckle and hardware sits in the “wrong” place. The originals are made to size, but yeah, they’re so much more expensive for that being almost the only significant difference.

  • Can you get the moody versions for solid bars. I know Erika does a version and I bought a normal one for my Helson before they went up in price. Can’t stomach 70€ but I really want one for my Autodromo so comfy!

  • I’ve not seen a solid bar version.

  • Sorry, someone else got in before you.
