Haaa, honestly, their website accuracy on specs is shocking.
Surely you can just visit the official site and copy and paste the details.

After seeing all these diver posts I’m excited to break out my STO diver from last year - I promised myself I’d stick to the winter watch until the first day at the beach ... which in Valencia will be sometime in March!

I made an offer on that GMT yesterday, which if accepted meant that I'd have paid cash today.
No response, which I find a bit odd.

Sold already maybe?

Still on the site. I can only think that my offer was so nugatory that when they read it they curled their lip and deleted my email.

For shits and giggles I had a look at the price of other Rolex sports watches - the GMT makes a Submariner appear cheap (which it really isn't, but still).

Why don't you buy a great conditioned Coke or Pepsi rather than NOS and then pay to get it refinished by Rolex and save yourself £4000 in the process?? Obviously tell them to retain what you want or go elsewhere if they don't allow that.
I know you were saying you want to create the patina and the scratches but is it really worth paying NOS prices and stretching when your gonna wipe off all that value pretty sharpish?? Once a nice condition is refinished you'll forget about the secondhand thing pretty quick and have an extra 4k in your account.
Was it Thierry who had those made? Or was it David Dein or someone? Can’t remember now.
