Agreed (sort of).

Display window can fuck off & so can the faux vintage lume. No crown guards is also stupid.

But a well made, 39mm automatic GMT with a ceramic two-tone bezel for £640 is pretty spectacular value.

If only they'd make one without the vintage stuff.

Check the Squale one, ceramic, jubilee, the works.

It upsets me a bit to see a brand with Squale’s distinct heritage do Rolex bites but they do have some other GMT designs that are much more faithful to their own design language:

This could have soo much better. Surprised, as most of their range they're quite good on the details.
Type choice is horrid and they've gone with such a bad colour to replicate the vintage look. Should have been more cream or more of an orange pale tone. They've ended up with some nasty "glow in the dark" thing.

Ta, thinking about one for my Smiths and obvs buckle finish is a massive headache....

How much would a genuine Rolex bezel insert for Pryally's GMT be? A Pepsi one, specifically.

The pale blue squale is ruined by the red GMT hand. Should be their nice orange colour they use.

It's also really annoying they haven't applied the square lune dots in the same way as the triangles so they don't have the same black border

Great choice. How does it wear as it looks quite small compared to the Damasko?

I kind of like that it’s a bit weird but I know what you mean. It’s quite vintage in the way it’s done, but they’re not necessarily the crowd-pleasing vintage cues. I’m just happy it looks like a Squale and not like a Rolex.

It wears great, size difference is more a trick of the eye, minimal in reality. Need to get used to a moving second hand again, always had it fixed on the Damasko.
